Delivery & Shipping FAQ

Frozen/perishable items are only shipped within the Greater Calgary Area. 

Orders containing frozen items outside of this area will automatically be cancelled and subjected to a 7% restocking fee.  

WHERE & WHAT WE SHIP:

1. Greater Calgary Area – all products:

Ground Delivery Rates within the Greater Calgary Area
Calgary City Limits: $15 under $80 spend. $8 over $80 spend
Airdrie, Balzac, Bearspaw, Chestermere, Dewinton, Elbow Valley, Okotoks, Springbank: $20 flat rate

High-Vibe Health will not be liable for packages after orders have been delivered (example: melted product, stolen packages, etc). Customers are notified via email on delivery dates and will receive a tracking notification when their order is on its way and/or has been delivered.

Shipping Rates within Canada:

Ground delivery rate: $20 (3-7 business days)

*Rates start at $20 and vary dependant on the weight of the order and where you are located in Canada. These prices are automatically set by CanadaPost.

High-Vibe Health will ship non-perishable items (non-frozen) within Canada. If orders have any frozen items, the order is subject to cancellation with refund and administrative restocking fee of 5%.
